·         Deliver strategic projects on time, in budget, with the desired functionality, at the defined quality level in a sustainable way. Work with key stakeholders to gather and define business requirements and related user and functional requirement. Ensure business rules are carefully documented.

·         Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications including wireframes, high level system architecture where appropriate.

·         Perform validation of requirements against features at end of each sprint.

·         Ensure quality output from initiation to completion, including requirements, planning, Devops work items, wiki and other documentation

·         Meet best practice criteria in the documentation of requirements and systems  

·         When relevant, assure that team members adhere to and follow these practices.

·         Complete work orders in appropriate timescales  

·         Maintain and support documentation 

·         Enhance documentation and documentation systems

·         Share and document knowledge in wiki’s 

·         Document systems, including enhancements to facilitate knowledge sharing  

·         Mentor and coach developers, testers and other team members in proper standards and practices for documentation

·         Ensure that the best practice development processes and standards are followed  

·         Effective use of toolsets  

·         Follow and advise on department documentation standards
