Tracker requires the Services of an Installation Support Agent in the Operations Department; Based in Johannesburg. This position requires the candidates to support the existing organization of work and staff within the department as well as the different departments and our stakeholders within TRACKER. Attention to detail and meticulousness is an inherent requirement of the job. The candidates must be Customer Service driven and be able to work independently. The candidate must be well presented.

• Testing of all newly and repaired GSM based products.
• Updating and verifying of all vehicle information on all GSM based products.
• Updating of service requests and Installation Testing Notes on GSM based products.
• Maintain the department SLA of 10 minutes to respond to a technician.
• Commissioning of all successful tests and contracts.
• Closing of all successful tests for Service Requests.
• Accurate enabling of all accessory tests.
• Maintain accurate records for all tests including capturing of Installation Reports in CDS.
• Provide great customer service to both existing and prospective technicians and clients.
• Issuing of accurate test reference numbers to technicians via AVM.
• Dealing and interacting with all departments and fitment centres at all levels and maintaining good working relationships.
• Any other related tasks or duties to achieve your area of responsibility.
