Position summary

Job description
· Promote Tracker to brokers and insurers in and around Pietermaritzburg.
· Provide on-going product information to a portfolio of brokers/administrators/underwriters.
· Implement and manage incentive programmes/marketing opportunities.
· Regular training to Insurance Intermediary staff on all Tracker products and services.
· Weekly/monthly reports, monitor portfolio performance, track trends within the industry.
· Achieve set monthly and yearly sales targets.
· Assist with broker queries relating to new business and existing clients.
· Attend after-hours functions if and when required.
· Attend to necessary administration.
· Identify new business opportunities for Tracker.
· Facilitate process improvements by engaging with internal stakeholders.
Minimum requirements
· Matric
· Sales experience preferably in the tracking and/or insurance industry.
· Providing service/ support to a portfolio of brokers or sales intermediary partners
· Service oriented with excellent administration skills.
· Preferable: 2 years’ experience in dealing with brokers/underwriters/insurers or selling short term insurance to the public in external sales capacity. Dealership VAPS or tracking experience will be considered.
· MS-Office proficiency.
· Excellent presentation skills.
· Valid Code B/ 08 Driver’s Licence (manual and automatic)
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Must be a self-starter.
· Able to work within a team.
