Introduction
TRACKER requires the services of a Driver to transport clients and goods in a comfortable, safe and timely manner. The candidate must have a strong work ethic and be commitment to safety and professionalism. The Driver will be an essential part of our team, responsible for ensuring that goods and passengers are delivered to their destinations safely and efficiently.
Job description
- Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.
- Pick up clients from the place and at the time they’ve requested.
- Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed.
- Ensure the car are always clean.
- Deliver goods between the Gauteng branches of Tracker Connect
- Run the shuttle for the staff.
- Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues.
- Book car wash to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car.
Minimum requirements
- Matric
- 5 years proven experience as a Driver.
- A valid driver’s license Code 8 (EB or B) and PrDP code G and P
- A clean driving record – no traffic violations
- Familiarity with GPS devices
- Knowledge of area roads and neighbourhood
