Introduction
TRACKER requires the services of a Installation Quality Supervisor for the Johannesburg region. The successful candidate will be responsible for all related administration duties at the Head office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Innovation
  • Consistently come up with ideas on how to improve on your Key Performance Areas.
  • New ideas/enhancement of current installation processes for high risk vehicles.
  • New ideas/enhancement of current quality and Training related processes.
  • New ideas/enhancement of current Training and Quality efficiencies.
  • New ideas/enhancements of the Assessment and Coaching processes
 
Quality
  • Responsible for drawing reports on Recovery rates, TNU locations and High Risk vehicles for Installation investigations
  • Responsible for analysing Recovery Rates, TNU Locations and assessment reports and providing possible Installation risks measures to Installation Managers and OPS managers
  • Analyse the assessment results and provide guidance to the managers and QA/QC
  • Through communication, constantly drive the Installation Teams to keep a high Installation Standard
  • Through communication, constantly drive the Quality Teams to maintain a high Installation Standard through the assessment process
 
Recovery Rate
  • Conduct regular assessments as per the quality process.
  • Maintain an acceptable Gauteng recovery rate and assist Quality Supervisor, Quality Manager and Training Manager with reports.
  • Investigation and action taken on Unit only.
  • Action taken on non-compliance of installation processes.
  • Analyse and report on installation shortfalls.
  • Coaching and mentoring the installation techs
 
Leadership and Management of Tracker assets
  • Supervise with intentions to save costs and still maintain a healthy staff morale.
  • Assist Management with budget reviews.
  • Feedback on all the overspending and savings.
  • Action taken on wastage and overspending.
  • Ensure that all company assets are maintained to the company’s standards.
  • Supervise with authenticity and integrity.
  • Empowering staff, coupled with appropriate accountability expectations and performance management initiatives.
  • Self-discipline, self-motivation, dealing effectively with stress, persistence and tenacity.
  • Process sales contracts/information
  • Contracting, Loading of contracts and Voice Logging
  • Maintain region records, statistics reports and targets
  • Arranging and following up on scheduling of fitments
  • Follow up leads/queries – Product info, account queries
  • Data capturing
  • General Office Administration
  • Typing and processing of documentation/information.
  • Providing insurance certificates
  • Receive and administer incoming calls
  • Provide service to both existing and prospective clients
  • Providing Quotes to clients
  • Assist and attend to walk-in clients and phone-in clients
  • Provide service within the region as well as other departments/regions/staff within Tracker
  • Filing of documents
  • Liaise with Brokers, Dealers, Fitment centres, Corporates, Sales, staff at head office
  • Reception and telephone duties
  • Ensuring both the company and the customers’ best interest is kept at heart

Minimum requirements

Experience


  • A minimum of five year’s Operations Supervisory experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years in the Technical Tracking environment.
  • Motor industry experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Quality technician experience.
  • Tracker background/experience would be advantageous

 kill and knowledge


  • Matric, Computer literate, Advanced Excel, MS Word, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Supervisor certificates /qualifications.
  • Any technical qualification would be advantageous Previous experience in the vehicle tracking industry would be advantageous
