Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Provide service and administrative support to the Sales Head Office management team, Sales Regions as well as other departments within Tracker. 

·       Registration and onboarding of Dealers, Brokers, Fitment Centres and other Partners on the various systems.

·       Registration of Sales Consultants, Key Account Managers & Business Development Managers on the various systems.

·       Maintain data base integrity of Brokers, Dealers, Fitment Centres and Business partners in various systems in respect of markets, channels, segments, salespeople, lead sources and pricing sources.

·       Creation of lead sources and codes on the system for sales partners and linking sales consultants to the relevant lead sources.

·       Co-ordinating the creation of pricing sources with Finance.

·       Processing of internal and externals sales commissions, marketing fees and annuities in line with policy.

·       Provide administrative support to sales staff for the compilation and completion of compliance documentation for tenders.

·       Completion of Purchase Orders and all other payments to suppliers.

·       Ordering and distribution sales promotional items.

·       Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales administrative activities.

·       Act as a liaison between the regional sales support teams and head office sales support teams.

·       Review operating processes and implement improvements where necessary.

·       Ensure that Customer Service standards are maintained in a highly pressurized environment.

Minimum requirements

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE

·      Matric with a minimum of 5-year experience in an administrative support role preferably       in a sales or similar environment

·      Accurate data capturing skills and attention to detail

·      Excellent communication skills, written and verbal  

·      Planning, organizing, prioritization

·      Customer service orientation

·      Excellent knowledge of Tracker systems and processes

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Pivots and PowerPoint is non-negotiable
