Introduction
Tracker requires the services of a Direct Sales Supervisor reporting to the Direct Sales Manager. This position is focused on the effective management of Direct Sales Outbound consultants to ensure that all targets and key metrics are met or exceeded within the Direct Sales Contact Centre. He/she is responsible for driving sales initiatives focused on the existing Tracker customer base as well as driving sales of new customers. The Direct Sales Supervisor is responsible for sales verification, listening of calls, handing of queries, coaching and supporting the team as well as various administration functions within the Direct Sales Department. Please note that we will only consider Internal Applicants for this position.
Job description

•    Monitor and Drive Sales Performance and Productivity
•    Conduct Daily Sales Meetings
•    Weekly one on one coaching and training sessions
•    Staff Motivation and Implementation of incentives to drive sales
•    Hourly / Daily Reporting – Direct Sales Consultant Dashboards, telephony reports, lead usage reports, conversion reports 
•    Assistance with Script development, objection handling and FAQ scripts
•    Handling of internal and external Queries and Communication
•    Support to the team – coaching, call listening, etc
•    Review the performance of staff to identify coaching, training and development needs
•    Collation and discussion of KPA’s and implementation of Performance Improvement/Development Plans where applicable
•    Implementation of incentives to motivate staff and drive sales
•    Campaign Management
•    Uploading of leads and assigning of leads to consultants
•    Follow up on leads generated with Direct Sales Management and Consultants to maximize results
•    Listening to calls to ensure adherence to the company’s quality framework and standards (Voice & Data) including sales verification
•    Adherence to FAIS and other statutory regulations
•    Staff management – Recruitment and selection; Resource planning; leave and attendance management; Leave tracking and requests, Industrial relations in accordance to the Company’s disciplinary code
•    Recording stats, analyze trends and performance levels of the contact centre in relation to the strategic objectives and sales targets and preparing reports on a daily / weekly and monthly basis
•    Increase customer satisfaction and sales via process improvement initiatives
•    Circulate & educate consultants on new product launches, market and industry analysis, process changes etc.
•    Assist with any other adhoc tasks or duties assigned by the Manager
 
 
 

Minimum requirements

•    NQF level 5 or higher
•    Minimum 120 FAIS credits and RE5 accreditation is essential
•    Sales Tertiary Education (Advantageous)
•    Minimum 1-year successful experience in supervising or managing a sales contact
•    centre environment or outbound sales environment
•    B2B experience will be advantageous
•    Solid knowledge of MS Office & MS CRM
