Tracker is seeking the services of a professional, friendly, and customer‑focused Receptionist / Switchboard Operator to join the Client Services Department at our Limpopo – Polokwane Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for all visitors, managing all incoming calls efficiently, and ensuring smooth front‑desk operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 
·       Provide Excellent Service to Internal and External Customers. And Maintain Customer Service Standards
·       Operate and Direct all Calls on SwitchBoard
·       Receiving and Welcoming Visitors and Customers. Contacting relevant Departments for Assistance.
·       General Office Administration Duties.
·       Receiving and Dispatching Parcels and Envelops.
·       Liaise with internal staff/departments by ensuring messages and information is timeously and correct processed.
·       Receiving, Administer all IR reports from Technicians, till completely Finalized. Data Capturing
·       Assist in keeping Reception Area Clean and Tidy.
·       Assist with any other tasks or duty assigned to you by the Supervisor or Manager
·       Attend to and Resolve all Customer Queries / Issues.  Face to Face, Phone Calls and Mails.
·       Be able to Interact with all Internal Departments and Management
·       Update all Client's Profile Details on System. (Walk In or Phone In) 
·       Daily Technical stats - gather update and send 
·       IR reports, obtain, recon and send to head office

Minimum requirements

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
·      Matric
·      Minimum of 1 year working experience in a Reception environment or relevant tertiary qualification.
·      Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
·      Immaculately groomed individual with a friendly and energetic personality.
·      Speak and write English fluently.
·      A passion for customer service and a professional attitude at all times.
·      The incumbent should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to pay attention to details.
·      The ability to cope with a constant changing and pressurised environment.
