Introduction
Tracker requires the services of a Field Support Coordinator in our Technology Services Department. The Field Support Coordinator is re responsible to provide technical support to all regions, ensuring effective client management and support.
Job description

  • Empower, Webfleet; MyTracker and PND training
  • Tracker Mobile App and Tom-Tom Mobile App training
  • Software support (e.g. Webfleet; Empower; MyTracker; etc)
  • Skytracks Master and reports
  • User access control
  • Routings
  • PND Updates
  • PDA/IM Updates
  • Tracker; Tom-Tom and Webfleet connect
  • Recording and reporting on daily activities
  • Billing
  • Customer/Client queries
  • Escalations
  • Representation at disciplinary hearings and/or CCMA
  • Dealer Portal project
  • Regional Support (IT, Demos and presentations) when called upon

Minimum requirements

  • Matric
  • Completed A /N
  • Comptia Certified advantageous
  • Knowledge of API Integration Postman /Rest API/SOAP API /Open Source Platforms eg. Selenium /HTML5
  • 5 yrs. Tracker experience
  • Training/Facilitator experience
  • Extensive Product knowledge
  • IT Background industry experience (advantageous)
  • Must have own car and a valid drivers’ license
  • Willing to travel
  • High attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
