TRACKER requires the services of a Credit Control Skills Coach in the Finance Department at our Johannesburg Head Office. Tracker requires a self-starter who can work under pressure. • Training of all new staff on Accounts Receivable Functions
• Reviewing of all work done by credit controllers to ensure that they adhere to the companies policies and procedures
• Preparation of reports and stat’s
• Coaching and retraining of staff post QA assessments
• Adhoc projects

• Minimum of Matric.
• Computer literacy: MS-Office Suite (experience with Excel essential).
• Minimum of 10 years credit control experience or a completed B.Com degree (Finance specialisation).
• Exposure to Trackers Accounts Receivable Processes on all clients. (Consumer / Corporate & Dealer)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• A self-starter.
• Initiative and deadline driven with excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Successfully adapts to changing demands and conditions.
• High attention to detail, enthusiastic, committed and reliable.
