Introduction
Tracker requires the services of an Agent in Acquisitions based at Tracker Head Office in Johannesburg. This is a temporary appointment for 6 months.
Job description
· Check the customer data supplied
· Contact the customer and transfer to a contracting agent
· Review customer information on Tracker’s CRM systems
· Update customer information on Tracker’s systems and Partner systems, based on the information received from customers
· Adhere to deadlines and targets set by the Supervisor/Manager
· Assist with any other tasks or duties assigned by the Supervisor/Manager as the need arise to ensure exceptional and efficient service
· Exhibit excellent communication and typing skills, and impeccable attention to detail
Minimum requirements
· Matric
· Call centre experience advantageous
· Computer literate and proficient typing skills
· A passion for customer service and a professional attitude
· Interpersonal skills
· Problem-solving skills
