TRACKER requires the services of a Accounts Payable Manager based in the Finance Department in our Johannesburg Head Office. Tracker requires a self-starter who can work under pressure. We require a diligent and hard-working individual, who can manage a highly motivated team.
Job description
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Manage All Supplier Payments - creditor, fitment center, annuities and commission payments
- Raise Monthly Accruals
- Review and Analysis monthly Expenditure
- Preparation and review of daily, monthly and annual cash forecasts
- Manage Staff – performance review, coaching and management
- Ensure all Expenditure is correctly captured and classified
- Ensure all Monthly Expenditure is Accrued for
- Review of Monthly Accrual Recon
- Monitoring and support for all Company Buyers and Authorisers
- Review of Annuity Calculation and Commission Payments
- Review Income Statement general ledger allocations and correction of misallocations
- Payment Reviews and Release of all Company Payments
- Preparation of monthly balance sheet general ledger reconciliations.
- Review of the monthly income statement and related reconciliations.
- Complete tasks at highest quality
- Compile reports as necessary
- Assist with BEE Audit Verification
- Adhoc Projects and Queries
Minimum requirements
- Degree in Finance
- Completed SAICA Articles
- 5 Years Commercial Experience Post Articles
- Relevant 3 Year Qualification
- 3 Years’ Experience in a General Finance Environment
- Willing to work extended working hours
