Recruitment is a critical activity, not just for the HR team but also for line managers who are increasingly involved in the selection process. Our recruitment process will differ from role to role. In general it involves a telephonic interview, a selection interview and/or a panel interview, all relevant reference checks as well as a psychometric assessment.
