TRACKER requires the services of a Multi-functional Customer Service Agent (Fixed Term Contract) at our Contact Centre in Rosslyn.
This position requires candidate who can deliver a differential customer service to internal and external customers.
- A minimum of Matric (Grade 12)
- Automotive experience & able to actively manage & resolve issues quickly
- Customer Service experience
- Sales experience
- Minimum of 2 Year Inbound / Outbound Call Centre Experience
- Above average interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong judgment ability
- Attention to detail
- Driver’s license
- Own Reliable Transport
- Computer Literacy (MS Office, MS Outlook)
- Nissan background/experience (Advantageous)
- Call Centre Supervisor Experience (Advantageous)
- Technical Experience (Advantageous)
