TRACKER requires the services of a Multi-functional Customer Service Agent (Fixed Term Contract) at our Contact Centre in Rosslyn. This position requires candidate who can deliver a differential customer service to internal and external customers.

Job description

  • Remain abreast of the latest Nissan/Datsun & Infiniti products
  • Handle incoming calls related to Product Information
  • Handle all queries and complaints (Telephone, e-mail, fax and walk-in)
  • Ensure a high standard of detailed information regarding case, lead and information management
  • Maintain regular internal communications with dealers and internal departments
  • Facilitate the complete process of resolving the customer query/complaint, including daily customer/dealer follow up
  • Ensure dealer and customer satisfaction at all times, as far as possible, relating to the issue at hand
  • To liaise / mediate with dealers on behalf of customers
  • To assist with any ad hoc duties as requested
  • The ability to operate independently as well as in a team in a highly pressurized environment
  • To be self-driven and motivated and to demonstrate initiative and a high energy level

Minimum requirements

  • A minimum of Matric (Grade 12)
  • Automotive experience & able to actively manage & resolve issues quickly
  • Customer Service experience
  • Sales experience
  • Minimum of 2 Year Inbound / Outbound Call Centre Experience
  • Above average interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong judgment ability
  • Attention to detail
  • Driver’s license
  • Own Reliable Transport
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office, MS Outlook)
  • Nissan background/experience (Advantageous)
  • Call Centre Supervisor Experience (Advantageous)
  • Technical Experience (Advantageous)
