Job description

  • Manage and lead a team of fleet consultants in KZN
  • Assume responsibility for the activity and production levels of the business sales team
  • Assume responsibility for the achievement of the consultant’s targets and provide the necessary motivation and support to the sales and admin team
  • Responsible for staff wellness, development and training
  • Drive and implement the national strategy of the business division at regional level
  • Achieve and exceed regional performance targets in line with business strategies and overall sales targets in respects of:
  • Direct business volume targets
  • Acquisition of first time customers split
  • Product mix
  • Value added products
  • Public sector volume targets
  • Intermediary volume targets
  • Tracker Way scoring
  • Manage the regional sales budget to ensure profitability of all areas under his/her control
  • Be the brand ambassador for the company by creating mutually beneficial relationships with appropriate regional business’s or partners
  • Participate and actively promote the Tracker Way

Minimum requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • A business related qualification at graduate level, preferably with strong emphasis on sales, marketing and general business management
  • A degree supported by extensive experience in managing sales teams in a hard core sales environment
  • High level of computer literacy and understanding of systems
  • At least 10 years management experience
  • Superior sales management skills, with relevant experience in driving sales within a corporate sales environment
  • Strong presentation skills to decision makers in the corporate environment
  • Strong management skills in areas of budgeting, people management and deployment of resources
  • Strong business acumen with a full understanding of the corporate market, to achieve superior sales and performance levels
  • High level of relationship building skills – previous experience in managing senior level relationships in the corporate sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and build a great working environment where high performance teams can thrive
