Introduction

The Resource Planning Administrator will be responsible for the administration of all Aspect© WFM daily updates as well as the Tracking and Monitoring Real Time Canvases for the Customer Service Call Centre.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Administration of all Aspect© WFM daily updates
  • Tracking and Monitoring Real Time Canvases
  • Escalation of deviations and exceptions observed while Tracking and Monitoring
  • Report Writing

Minimum requirements

 Education, Skills and Experience Required

  • Matric
  • Minimum 3 years successful experience in call centers
  • Experience in Aspect© WFM advantageous
  • Understanding of Call Centre processes, various roles and SLA’s
  • Produce written documents in English
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Good at building positive relationships
  • Good at exercising interpersonal sensitivity
  • Works well in a team and provides support
  • MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio)
  • Detail orientated
  • Delivers excellent quality work
