Introduction

TRACKER requires the services of a Representative: Customer Services for the Gauteng region. The successful candidate will be responsible for all Sales Support duties in the respective region.

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that all Addendums , MSA’s , COO forms and De/Re forms are processed through Acquisitions
  • Follow up with Acquisitions on all outstanding loading requests
  • Follow up with Scheduling on all outstanding and past schedules
  • Attend to all non-sales related queries , and follow up with relevant departments until query is resolved and client is given feedback
  • Maintain and update the sales activity portal on a daily basis
  • Link consultants to their accounts based on Qlikview on a daily basis
  • Assist consultants with MIS Reports and invoices on request
  • Ensure that all installations are commissioned before the month end commission report is due .
  • Attend to incoming calls
  • Allocate leads sent to Gauteng Leads to consultants to action
  • Provide service to both existing and prospective clients
  • Attend to Adhoc tasks issued by your Supervisor

Minimum requirements

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Matric with at 2 years’ experience in administrative / sales support role
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Outlook
