Tracker requires the services of Agent: Installation Support at Head Office based in Johannesburg. This position requires a candidate who will ensure Customer Service Standards are maintained, solve customer or internal queries and work in a highly pressurized environment. We require diligent and hard-working individual, who can be a part of a highly motivated team.

Job description

·      Schedule fitments of Tracker units

Liaise with technicians regarding appointments

Reschedule of appointments

Check/Maintain high quality of schedules

Monitor effective utilization of Tracker technicians

Outsource of work to Fitment centres

Manage potential cancellations.

Data capturing

Maintain local and regional Scheduling Relationships

Establish, build and maintain relationships with our various partners

Take ownership of all queries received and calls taken and assist technicians within our SLA’s

Provide service within the region as well as other departments/regions/staff within Tracker.

Follow up on queries

Market Tracker to both existing and prospective clients

Ensure that Customer Service standards are maintained in a highly pressurized environment

Meet/exceed targets (Technician Efficiency

Any other related tasks or duties assigned by the Supervisor / Line Manager

Minimum requirements

Matric with at least 2 years call centre experience

A minimum of 1 year scheduling experience will be an added advantage

Experience in a fleet environment would be advantageous

Excellent computer skills: MS Office, MS Outlook

Excellent communication skills including excellent telephone manner.

Demonstrated ability to work in a highly pressurised environment

Excellent time management

Attention to detail

Analytical skills

Ability to work in a team and independently
