Introduction

Tracker’s Insurance Sales Department requires an External Representative to initiate sales to the Insurance Industry and to market Tracker to both existing and prospective clients. The objective is to ensure that the service level is met in a highly pressurised environment. The position is based in JHB and preference will be given to candidates who reside in this area.

Job description

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyse business processes and workflow

Solve customer problems

Act as liaison between Call Centre's and Tracker Call Centre at all levels

Administration of sales contracts, maintain records and reports

Give feedback on all generated business on a daily basis

Initiate Tracker Sales

Conduct training and do presentations to call centre staff

Motivate Sales Force

Promote Tracker within the particular partner's call centre

Analyse tracking sales trends at the particular partner

Develop new business

Make calls and transfer into the Acquisitions call centre to maximise sales


Minimum requirements

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE

Matric with At least 1 year experience in dealing with brokers or selling short term insurance

Must have  two years Inbound/Outbound Call Centre experience

Insurance Institute Certificate of Proficiency short term will be advantageous

A valid driver’s licence and own transport

Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel

Exposure to the Tracker system/s and processes

Strong administrative skills will be an added advantage

Excellent Communication Skills & bilingual

Strong problem solving and decision making skills

Self motivated, committed & assertive
