Tracker requires the services of a Junior Accountant reporting to the Manager: Financial Controller. This position is focused on assisting with ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the general ledger, preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and income statement reviews. It also involves assistance with month-end procedures, preparation of reports and other financial processes.

• Income Statement reviews and account analysis on a monthly basis
• Preparation of Monthly General Ledger Reconciliations
• Processing and preparation of various journals as part of the month end procedures
• Assisting with maintenance and preparation of the Fixed Asset Register and the Fixed Asset Recon
• Perform month end close off on the system (Willow)
• Assisting with both direct and indirect tax calculations, packs and returns
• Assist with annual financial statements preparation and review
• Assist with daily operational tasks
• Cash forecasting on a daily basis
• Oversee the full petty cash function
• Perform a number of ad-hoc tasks as required

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Accounting beneficial
• Degree in Accounting
• Advanced Computer skills - MS Excel (Vlookups, Pivots, Etc) – not negotiable
• A very good understanding and experience of financial systems
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure

• Willing to work extended hours – Particularly over month ends
