FAQ's - Login Difficulties

General Information:

  1. This website is best viewed on Internet Explorer 9 and above, Google Chrome 33 and above, Safari 5 and above, Mozilla Firefox 28 and above.
  2. You need an active internet connection in order to use this website.
Q: I cannot sign into my account; I have forgotten my password:
A: Click on Forgot Password and type in the email address used in your registration. The system will send you an email containing the info you require.

Q: I submitted the forgotten password process, but I received an email to say that my email address is not recognised:
A: The system cannot find a registered profile with your email address. Try signing in with every email address you've owned (one at a time). You may have added an email address to your account and forgotten about it. If you still can't remember the email address, then please send an email to careers2@tracker.co.za

Q: I am trying to register a new profile and the system says that my email address already exists:
A: This means you already have a registered profile with us. If you cannot remember the password: Click on Forgot Password and complete the required information. The system will send you an email.

Q: What to do if I get error messages on trying to create my profile/upload my CV?
A: Ensure that all required fields have been completed and are in the correct format.
Ensure your CV is in the correct document format (doc, docx or pdf) and check the size of your document as file size is limited to 900KB. Please refresh your browser session or please try the process on another computer.

  • All recruitment is done via our online recruitment portal. No CV’s to be sent to the HR department directly.
  • If you have not received a reply from us in two weeks, your application has been unsuccessful.
