TRACKER requires the services of a Project Coordinator to provide effective and efficient administration and support to Project Managers and the respective delivery teams under each project in the Technology department. We require a self-starter with an outgoing personality and the ability to communicate at all levels. The successful candidate will be required to deliver IT projects to drive business automation and business efficiencies.
Skills Required

• Relevant Degree or Diploma or Relevant Work Experience required
• Project Management qualification
• Agile certification/experience advantageous
• Training on related areas and skills would be advantageous
• 2+ years of related work experience in related Project management or IT

Personal Skills
• As per behaviour skills above
IT Skills
• Experience with MS Team Foundation Server (TFS) would be advantageous
• Experience with MS Office, including MS Project

• Assist with compiling and updating of project plans and other project information and documentation
• Collaborating with project teams and other departments to track and execute project plans, and the lower level tasks
• Help monitor progress, budget and hours and raise flags in agreed way, using agreed tools
• Frequently communicating the status and other related project information
• Eliciting and managing project risks and any delivery blockers
• Setting-up and maintaining regular project forums/meetings and taking minutes and action notes
• Coordinating project transition to analysis, design, development, testing, training and rollout Tracking the progress and quality of work being performed by the project team
• Using project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans
• Help the team to keep a project within the defined scope and objectives
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
• Administrative tasks as required by above
• Quality assurance of deliverables produced
• Ensure that the best practice processes and standards are followed
• Resolve all customer queries efficiently, and within agreed timelines.
• Personal training and development that is aligned to the job profile
