Description
TRACKER requires the services of a EPMO Programme Administrator to provide effective and efficient administration and support to Programme Managers and the respective delivery teams under each project in the EPMO department. We require a self-starter with an outgoing personality and the ability to communicate at all levels. The successful candidate will be required to deliver IT projects to drive business automation and business efficiencies.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide Project Management Support
• Assist Project Managers and delivery team members in the application of project procedures, recording and reporting standards in accordance with the PRINCE2® methodology – ensure 100% adherence to operating procedures
• Assist the Project Manager in the compilation of reports and documents and monitoring of deliverables
• Support effective communication on the project (schedule meetings, take minutes, coordinate document flows)
• Ensure products and deliverables are auditable upon project/project closure
• Handle project / project requests and queries and act as a ‘reference point’
• Gather data / information searches as required for the programme (or its related projects)
• Programme filing and document management
• Proactively escalate problems and non-compliance with procedures and methodology to Project Managers
• Undertake any administrative tasks as specified by the Project Managers
• Manage and deliver specific projects within a project or as assigned
• Provide support to the EPMO team
Skills Required
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE

• Min 2 years business experience with projects, preferably as a project coordinator or project manager in the IT field
• Diploma or Degree in project management or related field preferred
• Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Impeccable interpersonal and people skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• An exceptional understanding of financial systems and CRM’s
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to identify problems and correct them
• Must be willing to work addition hours if required
