Introduction
TRACKER requires the services of a Technical Support Analyst in our Technical support Department. The incumbent will be responsible for User Acceptance Testing and ensuring the effective configuration and control.
Job description
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
· Applying configuration control to all products within the business IE: ATP/UAT/CAB/Manuals/Memo`s.
· Ensuring all products meet physical and functional requirements.
· Ensuring all system changes are identified, controlled, tested and recorded prior to release.
· Establishing standards to be implemented within the business.
· Drive the effective handover between CAB Handover and UAT/Training as per the agreed procedures.
· Mapping of new processes and drafting of new documentation.
· Statistical reporting on product performance.
· Evaluate and asses current processes and develop solutions to assist with problem areas.
· Monitor system performance.
· Communicate actively and effectively with stakeholders/clients/business.
· General administration.
Minimum requirements
· Matric
· 3 years Super User experience
· 1 year Software testing skills and knowledge
· Application Testing
· IT Background industry experience (advantageous)
· Computer literate
· Product knowledge
· Operating Systems knowledge
· Problem solving attributes
· High attention to detail
